New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies of its kind in the nation. It provides services to infants, children, and adults with developmental and related disabilities. NJID offers specialized facilities, programs, and support throughout New Jersey. We are currently recruiting for a School Secretary to work at our Lakeview School in Edison, NJ. The School Secretary will assist in facilitating the orderly and efficient operation of the office, provide clerical support, manage phone calls, maintain client records, and create reports as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years of experience. The educational setting is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, data entry skills, and experience with database systems

Hours Per Work Week: 35                Weekly Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:00 am-3:30 pm
