We are recruiting a Program Coordinator/Registered Behavior Technician (PC/RBT) to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting in Port Reading, NJ. The Program Coordinator/Registered Behavior Technician will directly implement behavioral analytic services based upon Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and manage one or more designated program areas in the Adult Day Program. The PC/RBT will also assist in personal care, transportation, and the development of curriculum-based activities as needed. Job Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Behavior Technician
- College degree preferred, or a High School diploma and one year of experience
- A valid driver's license in good standing, and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
- Experience with individuals with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred

Location: Port Reading County: Middlesex
Hours Per Work Week: 40 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 am-4:30 pm
