We are currently recruiting an Occupational Therapist Supervisor to work with students with developmental and related disabilities aged 3-21 years at our Lakeview School located in Edison, NJ.

Job Responsibilities of an Occupational Therapist Supervisor include:

• Plan, organize, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and procedures for departmental operation.
• Supervise and evaluate staff while maintaining a partial clinical caseload and carrying out all duties of staff therapist.
• Assign, schedule and coordinate clinical caseload for staff.
• Assure the provision of appropriate student care, treatment plans and required documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NJ DOE certification as an Occupational Therapist
• NJ State Licensure
• NBCOT Certification
• A minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience preferred
• A minimum of 2 years pediatrics experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
