We are currently recruiting for a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to work with adults with developmental and related disabilities in a group home program setting in Aberdeen & Manalapan, NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise and train Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Direct Support Professionals on health-related issues to ensure completion of doctors’ and clinical recommendations, i.e., G-tube feedings, insulin administration, and other medical needs. The qualified candidate will also oversee the monitoring of residents' medical needs and provide necessary assistance to ensure their well-being.

Job Responsibilities of an RN Supervisor:

• Coordinate responsibilities of LPNs to ensure program efficiency
• Keep supervisors and appropriate personnel apprised of operational matters
• Conduct employee interviews, orientation, observations, and employee evaluations
• Assists with activities of daily living as needed
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Complete documentation that is necessary for program operations promptly

Job Requirements:

• A valid NJ Registered Nurse License
• HS diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable under NJID's automobile insurance.
• Experience with g-tube feedings
• Experience working with intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities preferred
