We are recruiting for a Program Aide to work with adults with developmental disabilities in a day program setting.
Job Responsibilities of a Program Aide:
- Provide direct and indirect assistance to clients attending the Day Program
- Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives
- Support recreational and social activities
- Provide appropriate personal care
- Assist with daily transportation
Job Requirements:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license is in good standing and must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance.
- Strong communication skills
NO certification required
Position Details:
Location: Iselin County: Middlesex
Hours Per Work Week: 27.5 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Other shifts are available at this location.
NJID has full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities in Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Somerset Counties.
