The New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies of its kind in the nation. It provides services to infants, children, and adults with developmental and related disabilities. NJID offers specialized facilities, programs, and support throughout New Jersey. We are currently recruiting for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (B.C.B.A) to work with students with multiple developmental and related disabilities aged 3-21 years at our Lakeview School located in Edison, NJ. As a B.C.B.A for Lakeview School, you will be responsible for collaborating with school personnel in a leadership role to improve existing programs and implement new ones. You will also provide scheduled and on-call assistance with behavior management needs, work with staff to ensure consistency in implementing behavior plans and serve as a resource person to encourage support generalization of skills to environments outside of school.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Master’s Degree
  • At least 2 years experience as a B.C.B.A
  • Experience working with students with Multiple Disabilities

Hours Per Work Week: 35                      Weekly Work Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
