We are currently hiring for a Group Home Manager in Marlboro, and Toms River NJ. The qualified candidate will supervise all aspects of the group home operations (i.e., staff supervision, on-call, and spot checks)

Job Responsibilities of a Group Home Manager:

• Supervise all aspects of the group home.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings and trainings.
• Conduct interviews and observations, provide feedback, and complete employee evaluations.
• Share on-call responsibilities with the group home Assistant Manager.
• Uphold agency and licensing regulations.
• Responsible for creating staff scheduling
• Assist with scheduling doctor's appointments.
• Responsible for program and client finances
• Assists and supervises in activities of daily living skills
• Administer or assist with prescribed medication.
• Light housekeeping
• Assist with transportation
• Assist in the implementation of individual goals and objectives.
• Data entry using Therap (EHR)
• Assist residents in pursuing recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.

Job Requirements:

• HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience as a supervisor and working with people with disabilities
• A valid driver's license in good standing & must be insurable through NJID's automobile insurance
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Marlboro -Mon. 10am-6pm; Tues. 9am-5pm; Wed. & Thurs. 12pm-8pm; Fri. 9am-5pm

Toms River- Mon 9am-5pm; Tues 1pm-9pm; Wed 9am-5pm; Thurs 1pm-5pm & Fri 9am-5pm 

Other shifts are available at this location.
