The New Jersey Institute for Disabilities (NJID) is one of the largest not-for-profit agencies of its kind in the nation providing services to infants, children and adults with developmental and related disabilities. NJID offers specialized facilities, programs and supports throughout New Jersey. Come join our dedicated staff of more than 500 and make a difference in someone's life!

We are currently recruiting for Physical Therapists in our Children's Center program. As a Physical Therapist with The Children's Center, you will provide early intervention services to infants and toddlers age 0 to 3 years, according to the IFSP, in natural environments and/or other community settings. Responsibilities also include developing programs for children and families based on individual needs, provide evaluation services in the areas of gross motor skills, muscle tone/imbalance, muscle asymmetries, skeletal alignment, balance and coordination, and sensorimotor development.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • NJ Physical Therapist License
  • A valid driver's license
  • Pediatric experience preferred
