We are currently recruiting for a Teacher Aide (RBT) to work with students with developmental and related disabilities aged 3-21 years at our Lakeview School. The Teacher Aide (RBT) will be responsible for the implementation of behavior analytic services based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Job Responsibilities of a Teacher Aide (RBT) include:
- Assist the classroom teacher in implementing each student's specific daily education and therapy programs.
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs), skill acquisition programs, record data, and assist with clinical assessments.
- Carry out goals and objectives appropriate to each student's needs with sensitivity to their disability.
Job Requirements:

- RBT Certification
Position Details:
Location: Edison County: Middlesex
Hours Per Work Week: 35 Weekly Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
