We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Accounts Payable Bookkeeper for the Administrative office located in Edison, NJ. The ideal candidate will receive, process, verify, and reconcile incoming invoices to complete payment in a timely manner. The candidate will also code invoices, vouchers, and check requests. The candidate will handle all vendor correspondence via phone or email. The candidate will investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices. The candidate will prepare batch check runs.

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent 
  • A minimum of two (2) years related office experience
